Drawing with light

I’m drawn to the hidden beauty found in the overlooked corners of streets—quiet moments that whisper of lives once lived or still unfolding. Objects, spaces, and structures—often forgotten or seldom noticed—carry subtle traces of human presence, whether still inhabited or long abandoned. Their textures, worn edges, and layers of time hold stories that continue to unfold, even as their original purposes fade or transform.

Light breathes life into this stillness, animating the inanimate with a quiet energy. It becomes a storyteller, weaving a narrative of memory, transformation, and continuity. With every shift—each shadow, each glint—it bridges past and present, inviting curiosity.

Its contrasts and shadows obscure as much as they reveal, encouraging reflection. In the interplay of light and dark, each frame becomes a living narrative—a meditation on memory, change, and the quiet persistence of time.
